On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, the KEY-YOU project officially began with its kick-off meeting. Representatives from Zavod Boter joined an international consortium of partners to lay the foundations for a two-year collaboration aimed at empowering young people across Europe.
Ambitious Plans for the First Year The introductory meeting provided a clear vision and specific tasks. Zavod Boter has taken on significant responsibilities in the areas of communication and evaluation:
- Local Think-tanks: In the coming months, we will organize a series of group meetings in Slovenia, where young people, youth workers, and decision-makers will co-create content for the future digital escape room.
- Communication Strategy: We are responsible for preparing a comprehensive public information plan to ensure the project’s results reach the widest possible circle of young people and the professional public.
- Digital Accessibility: We will actively participate in translating and adapting the web platform and educational tools into Slovenian, ensuring inclusivity for local users.
Working Together for an Inclusive Society The EU Youth Goals remain at the forefront of all activities, particularly gender equality, inclusive societies, and space and participation for all. The partners agreed that the key to success lies in close cooperation and the integration of youth perspectives at every stage of the project’s development.
At Zavod Boter, we look forward to the challenges that KEY-YOU brings and the opportunity to offer Slovenian youth modern tools to actively co-shape our common future.
